Plain English explanation:

Dropbox allows you to share all kinds of media (movies, documents, spreadsheets, photos, etc.) across platforms (iPhone, Macs, PCs and mobile devices) with multiple users (Parish or school staff, volunteers, editors, etc.) There is no loss of formatting and accounts are free and ad free. Dropbox can be a huge productivity boost and a great organizational tool.

Ministerial example:

Parish Pastoral Council stores minutes, agendas and committee reports in their PC Dropbox folder. All council members can access and read these documents at any time, from any device with Internet.
